Today is a day I will never forget. It was just that this day is so filled with fun, excitement and surprises. My day started on a hasty morning, where I found myself looking for things and arranging it because I didn't do anything the night before but finished the puzzle my mom brought home. Anyway, my dad dropped me off at school then, things got a little, well, less hurried. 

In math today, we didn't do anything but watched a movie "Where the Red Fern grows". That was the first surprise. Usually in math, we have 'mental math', discussions, correcting the quizzes, lecture and quizzes. Maybe the holiday spirit got into my teacher. The movie was good but we didn't finish it. My teacher told us that we could come around at lunchtime to finish the movie -- as if I would waste lunch period on movie where I would know what would happen in the end(our teacher read the book to us; we where just watching the movie to see the difference). The second surprise was my teacher in Social Studies let us watch a movie. What was that movie called? "The Grinch who stole Christmas". I nearly laughed when I saw what we were watching. No wait, I laughed. So then, I just told Jelyn, my classmate, love stories that I found on some internet site. Another thing is, there was a dance in Sisler today and Jelyn got two extra tickets. She gave one to me. People who would go to the dance can leave the class at 11:15, 30 minutes early than usual. I just wasted her ticket though; because I didn't go to the dance. I just hanged out at the cafeteria to wait for my friends. Lunch period came and for the second time since I became part of S.C.R.E.W., Karen and the others went to sit with us in the caf. Usually there are only five of us sitting there and they are hanging out near the art room. It was just fun. Then we waited until we were called to Rm. 5 because we're going on a field trip. But first, a pictorial was held. (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)Hehe...

The picture you saw above is the name of the place we went today for the ESL field trip. I do not have a single ESL class yet I went. I guess I somehow persuaded Mrs. Grier, the teacher in ESL to let me come with them. After all, I'm also a new student there and I just got here. blah...blah... I really had a great time. We played a game called "Pick a Wall", then we tag one another, then the so-called "Chu-chu-train" (*)(*)(*).

After two hours of nonstop roller skating, we went to Garden City to eat, and to gobble up Joecelle's fries (*). After finishing Joecelle's fries again and trying to snatch away his Mama Burger, we decided to go home. We waited at the bus stop and L.A. is having mental problems (peace!), or as you call it "tinotopak nanaman". And because he is "sinusumpong nanaman ng pagkabaliw at pagka-retarded", we had another pictorial on the bus stop. Good thing we were the only ones there because we are so noisy and so hyperactive. After that, I didn't went home. I went to Karen's house to upload the pictures for the day; and also to practice for the performance we're going to present on the Christmas party. By the end of our practice, we have not only two presentations but three: "Stick Wit U", "Don't Cha", and "Pinoy Ako" (song on the Pinoy Big Brother show). We also rearranged, decorated, and cleaned Karen's basement for the party. Oh well, today is really fun. But the excitement doesn't end there. There's still the Christmas Party to look forward to. Hehe.

So anyway, it's now one in the morning and I still got classes tomorrow...er, later. I gottta sleep!
